We are now looking for a Technical Lead who wants to help shape the next generation of development and assist customers in taking the next step in their digital journey.

This is Any4m

Any4m is an innovative technology company that redefines the creation of digital solutions by developing SPINN — a new model for AI-driven system development.

Every company today has two versions of its systems: the one that exists in the code, and the one that only exists on Wiki pages, in Slack threads, and in people's heads. This becomes a problem for AI. The model sees the code, but not the system.

SPINN brings structure, logic, and connections together in one place, in a format that both humans and AI can work with directly. Visual for you, semantic for the model. This means an idea can go from sketch to executable solution without anything being lost in translation. That changes in business logic are visible directly in the system instead of being scattered across implementations. And that AI doesn't guess — but works in the same model as you.

We don't believe that future systems are written in code. We believe they are modeled. We build our platform and our customers' digital solutions based on this. Our customers represent a broad spectrum of operations, from global industrial conglomerates and defense-related companies to retail and charitable organizations. This implies high demands, but also fantastic opportunities!

We also contribute to something bigger, and we do this through our annual pro bono collaboration with Majblomman, where we help raise over 100 MSEK for children in need of support. We simply try to change the world – a little bit.

Focus of your role

We are looking for you who combine technical depth with a business perspective and who understand the connections between customer value, priorities, and technical decisions. You see the big picture, create direction, and naturally take ownership of solutions and deliveries.

In short – you are the person who says: "This is how we solve it."

As Technical Lead, you become the technical compass in the team. You have no formal personnel responsibility, but a clear responsibility for direction, quality, and delivery.

You work closely with both customers and development teams and become the link between business goals and technical solutions. The role is about designing solutions based on the customer's needs, weighing quality against time and business value, and creating prerequisites for long-term sustainable deliveries. You see the consequences before they arise – whether it concerns scalability, security, technical debt, or future development opportunities.

You take ownership of issues such as:

• technical direction and architecture
• quality and stability in deliveries
• implementation and technical choices
• development of working methods and engineering practices
• the team's long-term delivery capability

If we could wish

We don't know who you are – yet, but we have a good idea of what you bring with you from before:

• You have extensive experience in system development, preferably more than 10 years.
• You have worked as a backend, frontend, or full-stack developer.
• You have experience with integrations and cloud platforms.
• You have worked with architecture and design.
• You have led implementation and technical initiatives.
• You are a natural go-to person and have coached other developers.
• English and Swedish in both speech and writing.
