Do you want to take a key role in an international industrial group where you combine business understanding, system expertise, and global collaboration? Strömsholmen is now looking for a Global Infor M3 Specialist who will take overall responsibility for the company's M3 environment and contribute to the continued development and efficiency of the business.

About the role

As a Global Infor M3 Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that the company's Infor M3 platform is stable, efficient, and adapted to the business needs globally. You work closely with both local and international stakeholders and play a key role in driving improvements, changes, and system management.

The role combines operational responsibility with a development focus, meaning you serve as a central point of contact between the business, IT, external partners, and suppliers.

You will work broadly with business systems and business processes, focusing on stable operations, support, change management, and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be the primary responsible person and specialist within the Infor M3 platform.
• Ensure stable operations, support, and further development of the business system environment.
• Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and coordination with external suppliers and partners.
• Drive and coordinate changes, releases, and improvement initiatives.
• Collect and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Be responsible for testing, UAT, and quality assurance during changes.
• Work closely with the business to develop and streamline business processes.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge sharing, and user support.
• Participate in global projects and collaborate with international teams.

Travel may be required as needed, primarily to the USA.

The position is based in Tranås, with the possibility of hybrid work 2–3 days/week.

Your profile

We believe you have several years of experience working with Infor M3 or similar ERP systems in an international and business-close environment. You thrive in a role where you can combine technology, process understanding, and collaboration with many contact surfaces.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems/Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Infor M3 and business system management.
• Good understanding of business processes within areas such as production, supply chain, order flows, or finance.
• Experience working closely with the business and translating needs into solutions.
• Experience with change management, release management, and testing.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven work style.
• Good communication skills and thrive in international environments.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience with integration solutions, other business systems, or work in manufacturing industry.
