• You analyze and explore training data to identify patterns, trends, and new use cases.
• You develop and implement statistical models and data-driven solutions based on business needs.
• You produce decision support and recommendations based on analyses that support both operations and management.
• You create visualizations that make complex results clear, relevant, and usable in a business context.
• You collaborate closely with operations, project management, and other stakeholders to turn data into value-creating initiatives.
• You contribute expertise in data analysis, statistics, and data-driven decision-making in both operational and more strategic work.

• You have senior experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• You have documented experience in statistical analysis and model development.
• You have experience building models and translating data into concrete business insights.
• You have experience producing decision support for operations and management.
• You have good ability to visualize and communicate results from data analyses.
• You have experience working in an Azure environment.
• You have strong analytical skills and are accustomed to working in a data-driven manner.
• You have experience collaborating closely with operations and various stakeholders.
