You will join a team that builds and maintains central IoT and connectivity services for connected products and digital services within a global operation. Here you will encounter a modern platform environment where development, testing, deployment, operations, and further development are interconnected, allowing you to combine hands-on development with technical leadership. You will become a key part of strengthening the team's technical capability, driving architecture issues, and creating long-term sustainable solutions for distributed, cloud-based services. This is a role for you who want to influence both code, architecture, and technical direction in an advanced IoT environment.

• You develop platform services primarily in TypeScript, Go, and Java.
• You lead technical discussions in the team and help translate business requirements into robust solutions.
• You coach developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
• You drive the design and further development of distributed, event-driven, and cloud-based microservices.
• You work with APIs, IoT-related technologies, and event-based communication.
• You contribute to DevOps work including CI/CD, testing, Infrastructure as Code, operations, and maintenance.
• You improve the platform's scalability, reliability, observability, and manageability.
• You collaborate closely with Service Architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders regarding technical decisions and priorities.

• Extensive experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Technical Architect, or similar in a complex development environment.
• Documented experience in technical leadership and coaching other engineers.
• Very good experience with TypeScript, Go (Golang), and Java.
• Experience with distributed and event-driven microservices.
• Experience with REST APIs, event-based applications, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes, preferably EKS, as well as container-based and/or serverless solutions.
• Experience with AWS and IoT-related cloud services.
• Experience with AMQP-based message queues, transport protocols such as AMQP, HTTP, and gRPC, as well as working with JSON and JSON Schema.
• Experience with MongoDB or similar document databases, Valkey or similar key-value stores, and SQL databases.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing, operations, and management.
• Fluent English in both speech and writing.

• Experience with SQL database management.
• Experience with high-performance and low-latency systems.
• Deep Golang expertise.
• Experience with gRPC.
• Experience with IoT platforms, industrial IoT, event-driven architecture, message queues, digital twins, data lakes, and time-series data.
