Your responsibilities

In the role of Onsite Technician, you are responsible for ensuring a stable and well-functioning IT environment for the organization's users. You work closely with end-users and are a key part of creating a smooth and efficient digital workplace.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Solving problems and supporting users where remote control is not working or is insufficient.
• Installing, configuring, and delivering computers, phones, and other client-side IT equipment.
• Handling VIP cases where fast and professional support is particularly important.
• Working with systematic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Providing support for printers, conference rooms, and shared technical areas.
• Documenting cases in the case management system and updating the knowledge base with instructions and guides.
• Ensuring that hardware registers and related documentation are kept up to date.
• Supporting colleagues during major operational disruptions or incidents.
• Contributing to the development of working methods, routines, and improvements within the support service.

We would like you to have

• Experience in onsite support, IT support, or other user-facing technical support.
• Good knowledge of client management, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in installing and configuring computers, phones, and accessories.
• Experience working in case management systems and documenting in knowledge bases.
• Thriving in a role where service, technology, and user contact go hand in hand.
• Being self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize in a varied work environment.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience from larger organizations or complex IT environments.
• Experience supporting printers and conference room technology.
• Experience working with process improvements or improvement initiatives within IT support.
• Experience working in a knowledge base or creating user guides/instructions.
