Description

We are now looking for a service-oriented and engaged Service Specialist with experience in IT support who wants to contribute to a business-close support function with a leading player in their industry. This role is perfect for you if you thrive on helping users, building good customer relationships, and delivering high-quality service. You will become an important part of a small team where collaboration, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach are highly valued.

Responsibilities

As a Service Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for the organization's users, supporting them with questions and issues related to IT and service. You are responsible for delivering a professional and high-quality service experience, as well as handling incoming cases in an efficient and customer-oriented manner. The role also involves identifying opportunities for improvement within service delivery and internal processes, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure the best solutions for the business. Since the team is small, you are expected to be self-sufficient and flexible, and able to support colleagues across team boundaries when needed.

Qualifications
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience in IT first-line support or another service profession.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in service or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with case management systems, such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience working according to ITIL methodology.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in building good customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems.
  • Curiosity and interest in learning new working methods and technologies.
  • Experience working in small teams with broad areas of responsibility.
Conditions
  • Location: Jönköping (Huskvarna).
  • Scope: 50%.
  • Contract period: 2026-09-01 to 2027-08-31.
  • Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
