We are a well-functioning unit with 40 dedicated employees who together take care of our slightly over 11,600 registered patients. The staff group has good cooperation, and everyone is involved in the development of the health centre.

At the workplace, we actively work on development to constantly improve working methods and meet our patients' needs in the best way. Please read more about the benefits and perks we offer at Närhälsan: Benefits and Perks.
About the Job
Your duties at the health centre cover a broad field and include the area of general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.
The work takes place through both emergency and planned operations. You work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close cooperation takes place with your colleagues at the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home healthcare and other specialist care. Together with the health centre management, you are responsible for developing and driving the business forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so supervision of students is also included as part of your role at the health centre.
About You
- You are a registered nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse.
- Experience from working at a health centre (regional primary care) is meritorious.
We are looking for you who take initiative in work and are confident in making your own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks effectively.
In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, sensitive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well both orally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener at both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would like you to have an interest in digitalization and business development.
A professional working method and good treatment towards customers, patients, and colleagues is a matter of course for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values; Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.
Other
- Interviews at the health centre will be held on an ongoing basis.
- The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call current candidates to a telephone interview. The recruiting manager then makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health centre.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
