About us

Närhälsan Kongahälla rehabilitation clinic is located in Kongahälla Center, centrally in Kungälv. Directly across the street is the travel center, which provides good commuting opportunities. The clinic shares premises with, among others, Närhälsan's health center with which we have a close collaboration. The habilitation center, midwife clinic, and youth clinic are also located in the same premises.

Eight employees work at the clinic. For us, a positive attitude and high flexibility are important. About the job

Your tasks involve assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created.

The work is carried out at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.

About you

You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary care, it is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates. If you have supervisor training, that is also an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is sensitive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized manner based on the operations' goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent.

A professional working method and good treatment towards customers, patients, and colleagues is a matter of course for you. We also expect you to live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

• Travel for work purposes occurs. A driver's license (Category B) is required.

About the recruitment process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters at the HR department who invite candidates to a telephone interview. Thereafter, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
