We at the Central Home Care are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about quality and bringing joy and meaning to the daily lives of our elderly. Here you will have a free and responsible job where your personality and competence build trust in every meeting.

Within home care, you have varied tasks all aimed at helping others feel good and live a dignified life. Through a person-centered approach, you create a meaningful everyday life for our elderly. The role also includes performing delegated health and medical care interventions. This makes your days with us varied and challenging, testing your creativity in several ways.

Quality and Development

We actively work with the role of permanent care contact. As a permanent care contact, you are the secure link between the elderly person, their relatives, and the operation. You have extra responsibility for ensuring that care is planned and performed according to the individual's specific wishes and that implementation plans are up to date. The work requires great engagement and active participation in developing and improving the operation. At the same time, you receive a lot of appreciation in return!

Team-Based Approach

You work both independently and together with engaging and knowledgeable colleagues in a non-hierarchical and supportive team. The team includes, in addition to nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and social workers within care.

Qualifications

We also have some requirements:

• You are educated as a nursing assistant* and have knowledge of and act according to the laws and regulations governing the operation.
• You are proficient in Swedish in speech and writing.
• You have a B-driver's license.
• You are accustomed to using mobile phones and computers for documentation.

Previously documented experience of working in home care is meritorious.

* From July 1, 2023, "nursing assistant" is a protected professional title. This means that a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to use the title. You apply for the certificate on the National Board of Health and Welfare's website.

From March 1, 2026, a certificate of good conduct is required for work within elderly care. This means you need to present a valid extract from the criminal record before any employment. You order the extract yourself on the Police's website.
