About the role

As a nurse, you will work at our clinic, on the hospital wards, and in patients' homes, both through home visits and telemonitoring. We strive for continuity and offer varied tasks. A common thread in the tasks is that you often work independently with your own clinic, making individual assessments and plans together with the patient, relatives, and caregivers. Examples of tasks include individual or group patient education, interpreting breathing curves, fitting and following up on the effect of breathing aids.

You will work with education and consultancy regarding respiratory aids directed towards SÄS, municipalities, and assistance companies. Collaboration with other actors in healthcare will thus be the foundation of the work.

The position is a temporary assignment starting immediately and as agreed. The temporary assignment is expected to last until 2027-06-13, with a possible extension.

About us at ART

We are an outpatient clinic that investigates, treats, and follows up on patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and hypoventilation. The respiratory aids we offer patients promote ventilation and prevent airway obstruction; some patients have a tracheostomy tube. ART is an outpatient team that collaborates with other care units. We are a tightly knit team working in a learning environment. We have a person-centered approach and tailor care to the unique patient's conditions, focusing on the education of the patient, relatives, and staff.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with broad competence and preferably experience from both outpatient and inpatient care. Prior knowledge in respiratory care and ventilator skills are meritorious, but we will also offer comprehensive internal training. The work requires that you have a B driving license. Experience from home care/intensive care is meritorious. You should feel comfortable with advanced medical treatment in the home environment where the patient is located. As a person, we want you to be secure, sensitive, flexible, independent, and trustworthy. You find that changes in pace make the work stimulating and varied. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
