Your role with us

As an hourly or summer substitute within Bräcke Home Care in Alingsås, you provide care and support in people's home environments. You meet clients with various needs and contribute with both practical help and social presence in daily life. You work on an as-needed basis, from occasional shifts during the spring to longer, scheduled periods during the summer. Your job may involve:

• Providing support in personal care
• Assisting with household services
• Accompanying clients on errands and activities outside the home
• Documenting and administering medication – after training and supervision by a nurse
• Being a companion and social support in daily life

Who we are looking for

You want to work extra alongside studies or another job. Perhaps you are a nursing assistant, care assistant, studying healthcare and social care – or already have experience in home care or elderly care. The most important thing for us is how you meet people. You are responsible and sensitive, take initiative when needed, and thrive in a job that combines independence with collaboration.

Your qualifications

• You have experience in care
• You can ride a bicycle
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have basic computer skills
• Education in healthcare and social care and a B-driver's license are meritorious
