Welcome to Shape the Future of Social Services – Apply for the Role of Nurse Responsible for Care (OAS) in Skövde!
Welcome to join us in shaping the future of social services, where we work together with the needs of the municipality's residents at the forefront!
In our operations, we meet people of all ages, including children, young people, parents, individuals with substance abuse issues, addiction, or social psychiatric disabilities, victims of violence, and those in need of financial support. We work with authority-based interventions, needs-assessed measures, as well as preventive and advisory interventions to reach people early.
Our organization has restructured into a first-line social service with a single entry point for citizens, meaning all cases are initially handled by a common reception unit. Investigations and further interventions then take place in a second line. This working method aims to make social services more accessible and efficient for everyone in need of support. Collaboration is a central part of our approach, as we value supporting each other to achieve the best possible results for those we serve.
We are a sector driven by a genuine interest in our mission, where we aim to create conditions for equal living standards in Skövde through evidence-based interventions.
