The job in a nutshell

As a substitute, you are our superhero in everyday life. You step in when regular staff is away and ensure everything runs smoothly – with warmth, care, and a big smile.

You can work days, evenings, weekends, or nights. During the summer, you will receive a schedule, and there is a chance to start before and continue after the summer. Flexibility is our middle name!

Your main responsibilities:

• Support people and assist with their daily care.
• Help preserve and develop strengths – be an encouraging coach!
• Work together with fantastic colleagues.

We are looking for you who are a positive, proactive, and empathetic problem solver. You are cheerful, creative, and helpful, enjoy working with people, and know how to make others feel seen and supported.

You have a heart that beats a little extra for making everyday life better for others.

We want you to:

• Be at least 18 years old (or 16–17 years old at some workplaces).
• Have Swedish A level or equivalent and be confident in both speech and writing.
• Be comfortable with computers, mobile phones, and other digital gadgets.
• Have experience or education within care and social services – this is a plus, but we also value your personal qualities highly.

Working hours/duration: Fixed-term

Salary: Individual salary setting

Start date: By agreement

Application deadline: 2026-06-10. Recruitment will be based on the operations' need for substitutes, both before and during the summer. Interviews will be held on a rolling basis.

Driver's license: Category B is required in some operations.
