About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Töreboda Rehabilitation Clinic. We are a team consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and an administrator. With commitment and broad competence, we take care of our patients and customers. We now need to strengthen our team with a licensed physiotherapist.

Töreboda is beautifully located by the Göta Canal - between Lake Vänern and Lake Vättern. There is a vibrant association life with activities within sports, culture, and leisure. The nearest larger cities are Skövde and Mariestad, about a 15-minute drive away, and there are well-developed train and bus connections between the locations. About the Job

Your tasks are to examine, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you encounter as a physiotherapist are: problems and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental ill health. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices.

The work is located at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Some work can be done remotely after agreement. Patient treatment takes place individually, in groups, or in a team together with an occupational therapist. Together with the patient, a personal plan for rehabilitation is created.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at our own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the business in a continuous improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary care, it is an advantage, but we also welcome you if you are a recent graduate.

We are looking for someone who is perceptive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized manner based on the business's goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a telephone interview. Thereafter, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
