Our care and housing facilities in Ytterby, Diseröd/Romelanda, and Kode are now looking for temporary staff (casual workers)!

Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our residents, providing care, support, and assistance based on their individual needs, always with a warm welcome and a caring heart 🌸

Here you will find meaningful, varied, and important work, where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

As a temporary staff member, you work as needed, for example when regular staff are sick or on leave. You will receive:

• ✅ an introduction to the workplace
• ✅ support from regular staff
• ✅ help getting started with our booking system, Time Care Pool

You control your own availability, and shifts can be during the day, evening, or weekends ⏰

Qualifications

To work with us, you need:

• to be 18 years of age or older
• a desire to help others and contribute to quality of life

No prior experience is required – the most important things are attitude, commitment, and sense of responsibility.

We prefer that you can work both weekdays and weekends and that you are available for at least three shifts per week.

Since the facilities are located in outer areas, it is a requirement that you have a driver's license and access to a car 🚗 or live in the local area.

What does our recruitment process look like?

• Selection and interviews take place continuously throughout the application period based on the operational needs.
• You must provide references from your current or most recent manager/supervisor, including name, phone number, and email address. Do you have no previous work experience? Provide one of your high school teachers as a reference.
• If you are not a citizen of the EU/EEA area, a work permit is required; this does not apply to you if you have a permanent residence permit. The work permit must be presented at the interview.

In this recruitment process, you do not need a cover letter; instead, you will need to answer several selection questions.
