Please read more about the benefits and perks we offer at Närhälsan: Benefits and Perks.
About the Job
Your duties at the health centre span a broad field and cover the area of general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via telephone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.
The work takes place through both emergency and planned activities. You work largely independently with your own clinic for Asthma/COPD patients, where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close cooperation takes place with your colleagues at the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together with the health centre management, you are responsible for developing and driving the business forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also included as part of your role at the health centre.
About You
- You are a registered nurse and have additional education in Asthma/COPD of at least 15 higher education credits.
- It is meritorious if you are a district nurse and have previous experience working as an Asthma/COPD nurse.
We are looking for you who take initiative in your work and are confident in making your own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks efficiently.
In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, sensitive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well both orally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener at both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in digitalization and business development.
A professional working method and good treatment towards customers, patients, and colleagues is a matter of course for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values; Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call current candidates for a telephone interview. The recruiting manager then makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health centre.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
