About Us

Närhälsan Floda Health Centre is a well-functioning and pleasant workplace. Those of us who work here are a competent team of dedicated employees working in a positive work environment characterized by innovation, humor, and team spirit. We are located just outside Gothenburg with good transport links to the health centre. It takes 30 minutes by train from Gothenburg Central Station and 20 minutes by car.

Next to the health centre, there are several good lunch restaurants, free parking, and beautiful nature. You can take a walk or run around the lake, or perhaps even go for a swim on a warm summer day. One day a week we have an extended lunch where we exercise together in the form of running, walking, gym, or table tennis. About the Job

Your duties at the health centre span a broad field of work and cover the area of general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.

The work takes place through both emergency and planned operations. You work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close cooperation takes place with your colleagues at the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home healthcare and other specialist care. Together with the health centre management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operations forward.

About You

You are a registered nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience from working in primary care, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

We are looking for you who take initiative in your work and are confident in making your own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks effectively.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, sensitive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well both orally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener at both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would like you to have an interest in digitalization and operational development.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call current candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health centre.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
