About the Preschool

Here, you will join a strong and engaged team of driven preschool teachers and dedicated childcare assistants. The preschool accommodates approximately 54 children divided into three departments and is located in northern Hallsberg.

Our pedagogical philosophy is based on a co-researching and listening approach. We want every day at the preschool to be characterized by joy, curiosity, and a desire to discover. Therefore, we create learning environments that invite play, interaction, and exploration, where children feel safe to try, think differently, and grow together with others. We work project-based and use pedagogical documentation as an important tool for developing teaching. The work with the Swedish National Curriculum for the Preschool (Lpfö) is well-established and supported by clear and structured materials, creating good conditions for quality development work that moves education forward. The goal is for the education to be meaningful, interesting, and fun – a place filled with play, curiosity, creativity, and exploration.

Qualifications

As a person, you are social and interact with children, guardians, and colleagues in a professional manner. You are positive, flexible, and highly engaged. Through pedagogical documentation, you make children's learning processes visible in a quality-conscious way and place great emphasis on interaction and communication. We place great importance on personal suitability.

• Authorized Preschool Teacher, or alternatively, hold a degree that qualifies for authorization.
