About the position

Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (Act concerning Support and Service for Certain Functionally Disabled People). As a personal assistant, your main task will be to help the customer with everyday occurrences and basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the customer's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily life. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the customer's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

The customer is an 18-year-old girl living centrally in Gustavsberg. She is an active person looking for an assistant with high energy and a sense of action, but who also has the ability to remain calm when the situation requires it. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, going to the shopping mall, having coffee, and going to discos. She also has a great interest in animals, and since there are fur-bearing animals in her surroundings, it is important that you are comfortable around them. Your role will be to join her in these activities and support her in having a rich and active daily life.

Who are you?

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for you who are sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the customer.

Requirements for the position:

• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Comfortable around fur-bearing animals (cats)

Merits for the position:

• Experience with autism and ADHD
• Shared interests with the customer

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary

The current form of employment is "hourly employment," which means work on an as-needed basis. Working hours are scheduled for afternoons and evenings on weekdays (between 14:00 and 20:00/21:00) as well as daytime and/or evening hours during weekends. The position involves an hourly temporary position with good opportunities to work extensively during the summer of 2026.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: June 22 or according to agreement.
