You will support a strategic transformation and performance management program where clear follow-up and fact-based decisions are central to success. In this role, you turn financial, operational, and people-related data into structured insight for program leadership, steering forums, and senior stakeholders. You will work closely with HR, Finance Controlling, and cross-functional teams to create transparency around progress, target achievement, and areas that need attention. • You will analyze program cost structures, operational performance, and savings opportunities to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• You will develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting models that provide clear visibility into program performance.
• You will align and connect People data and Financial data together with HR and Finance Controlling to strengthen workforce and cost analysis.
• You will monitor performance against targets, identify trends, risks, and deviations, and help leadership understand what actions matter most.
• You will produce executive-level reports, presentations, and performance summaries for management reviews and steering committees.
• You will contribute analytical insight and recommendations that support forecasting, performance tracking, and benefits realization.
• You will drive improvements in reporting processes, data quality, and governance practices.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders across the program to define metrics, reporting needs, and decision-support structures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Analytics, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong experience analyzing financial and operational performance data.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.
• Experience supporting senior management and executive stakeholders with analytical decision support.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data modeling techniques.
• Experience working with financial reporting and controlling processes.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Project or Program Management.
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs or strategic initiatives.
• Experience integrating HR or People data with Financial data.
• Knowledge of program portfolio management and benefits realization tracking.
• Knowledge of SQL and data extraction or querying techniques.
• Experience from industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or global enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with HR or People analytics and international cross-functional organizations.
