Ekbacka 6 is a care and nursing home with a somatic focus located in central Borgholm. Here, we work in small multiprofessional teams with the residents and in close collaboration with their relatives. We strive to create a safe and meaningful daily life for our residents through developmental activities and stimulation centered on individual needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

At Ekbacka 6, you help and support the residents in their daily lives based on the orders of the social services case manager and carry out the interventions approved according to the Social Services Act. You work closely and in a multiprofessional team with colleagues, home healthcare, municipal rehabilitation, case managers, and the unit manager.

Having a good attitude and approach towards others is a key prerequisite. You must be able to receive and perform delegated health and medical care tasks. Our guiding words are welcoming, developmental, and together.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work with us, you must be at least 18 years old and have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. We are looking for you who are trained as a nurse assistant or care aide with experience in care and nursing and good familiarity with administrative tasks.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
