Our services, in addition to occupational therapy and rehabilitation coordination, include general practice, nursing and district nursing clinics, as well as physiotherapy and CBT. Our nurses and district nurses are responsible for specialist clinics within areas such as asthma/COPD, diabetes, and heart failure.

What is offered to you?

In the role of Occupational Therapist / Rehabilitation Coordinator, you work to create conditions for the individual to live as independent a life as possible. This includes, among other things:

• Assessment and treatment within occupational therapy, including hand rehabilitation and mapping of activity and functional capacity.
• Coordination of rehabilitation efforts.
• Support for patients returning to work or studies.
• Collaboration with healthcare teams, employers, and authorities.

As an Occupational Therapist / Rehabilitation Coordinator at Vitala Vårdcentral, your work is varied with the opportunity for independent planning in consultation with the team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. You have a professional attitude, good service awareness, and well-developed communication skills. You are sensitive to patients' individual needs and enjoy working in a person-centered manner.

As a person, you are positive, engaged, and open to new challenges. You are flexible and have good ability to work both independently and in a team.

Experience in occupational therapy within primary care as well as rehabilitation coordination is meritorious. Depending on personal suitability, there are great opportunities for education and courses in the field.
