We are now looking for an engaged and positive occupational therapist to join our team in adult psychiatry! Here you will work in modern, newly built premises while enjoying a deeply meaningful and developing job that truly makes a difference!

Our team consists of five occupational therapists, one physiotherapist, and an occupational therapy assistant who want you to succeed in your assignment. As an occupational therapist with us, you apply functional assessment and treatment for adult psychiatric patients, which is carried out in several respects and includes interviews as well as observation in activity based on standardized assessment instruments. You map the individual's resources and functional limitations, both independently and in a team, with the aim of creating security, continuity, and better well-being. You actively contribute to a positive work environment and job satisfaction.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist or will be shortly. Previous work experience as an occupational therapist is meritorious. We want you to have an interest in psychiatry.

You have a good ability to independently organize your work in an effective and structured manner.

As a person, you see the value of collaboration and can build and maintain good relationships with patients and colleagues.

Your future workplace

You will work in newly built and modern premises specifically adapted for specialist psychiatry. These premises promote efficient coordination within psychiatric operations and offer a pleasant environment for you, with spacious staff areas and a beautiful view over the Kalmar Sound and Öland. We are a clinic with 37 care beds and approximately 230 employees. Here there are three inpatient wards and two outpatient clinics.
