RESPONSIBILITIES

The work is based on a social perspective and a salutogenic approach. The individual's needs and life situation influence how the tasks are structured and performed.

The work includes, among other things:

• providing support and services based on approved assistance according to the Social Services Act.
• actively participating in collaborative work according to the collaboration agreement, such as workplace meetings, etc.
• participating in group meetings, scheduling meetings, etc.
• collaborating with other professions within and outside your own organization.
• documenting in the activity system.
• creating and updating implementation plans together with the individual.
• working according to the social services plan, which is the foundation of our daily work.

We are looking for three nursing assistants, two of whom are currently placed in the Lindås service area and one in the Esplanaden service area. As an employee, you may, if necessary, work in other service areas within the municipality's elderly care. Flexibility and teamwork skills are therefore important qualities.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive and develop with us, you need to be curious and have a positive outlook. Experience working with social documentation and implementation plans is meritorious. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You should have a desire to help drive development forward in the group regarding dialogue, reflection, and working methods.

As a person, you are required to be flexible, responsible, and have great respect for the individual's integrity. You must also be able to collaborate and work independently.

You are a trained nursing assistant. It is meritorious if you have education in and experience working with people who have dementia. You have a professional approach that includes, among other things, humility and patience.

We place great emphasis on your personal suitability.

You must also have a driver's license for a car.
