We are now looking for a therapist for outpatient care at Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) in Oskarshamn! Here you will have the opportunity to grow in your role while enjoying meaningful and developing work in our newly built, modern facilities.

As a therapist, you will primarily work with counseling, new patient visits, and various types of network meetings with a focus on those we are here to serve. Our patients seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, or similar conditions. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to a positive work environment.

Surrounding you at the clinic are therapists, psychologists, doctors, and nurses who want you to succeed in your assignment.

About You

You have a university degree as a social worker, psychologist, or nurse, or alternatively another education that the employer considers equivalent for the position. It is an advantage to have work experience from specialist psychiatry and/or social services with therapeutic work. Additionally, having completed Step 1 and/or Step 2 in CBT/PDT/family therapy is an advantage.

To succeed in the assignment, you are a positive person who sees the value in building and maintaining good relationships with patients and colleagues.

BUP consists of outpatient clinics in Västervik, Kalmar, and Oskarshamn, as well as our inpatient care and emergency department located in Kalmar. The eating disorder units' clinics can be found in Kalmar and Västervik.
