In Mental Health, Primary Care, Kalmar County Region, we work with interventions for the target group of 18 years and older with mild to moderate mental ill health. We always strive to work in a person-centered manner in line with the introduction of "Nära Vård" (Close Care) and offer digital contacts in addition to physical visits. The work is carried out in collaboration with colleagues within mental health and other professional groups at the health centers. We collaborate in smaller networks with psychologists and counselors to ensure our patients receive the right competence.

As support in your work, supervision and other competence development are available. Here, there is an opportunity to work with operational development and participate in joint projects. About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with an interest in working together with us psychologists and counselors in our team for Mental Health at Esplanadens Health Center in Västervik. The work also includes, together with your colleagues, responsibility for mental health at the health centers in Gamleby and Ankarsrum. This means you will travel for work on certain days, but you will base yourself at Esplanadens Health Center. You who apply can work independently but also thrive working together with colleagues and have good collaboration skills. We would appreciate it if you have experience working in primary care and digital psychological treatment. We will take personal suitability into account.

Your Future Workplace

You are located at Esplanadens Health Center but will also work towards either Gamleby or Ankarsrum Health Center. You will become a natural part of the entire work team with other professional categories.
