Are you interested in working in an entrepreneurial company with high-performing colleagues and exciting clients? Söderberg & Partners is now looking for a Project Manager within Financial Lines, with a focus on cyber insurance among other areas. If you have experience and interest in working with advisory services, project management, and business development, this is a role where you can develop yourself and make a significant impact. You will act as a bridge between various stakeholders and ensure the quality of communication between brokers, clients, and insurers.

You will:
- Be part of our central Commercial Lines team, focusing on identifying both client needs and the needs of our insurance brokers.
- Be part of the central product development work within Financial Lines, with cyber insurance as a potential priority area.
- Work across all client segments with the goal of informing and helping our brokers and clients with insurance solutions within Financial Lines.
The position is based at our office in central Stockholm. There are great opportunities to grow in the role and in the company.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least three years of work experience, preferably from the insurance, consulting, or IT industries. Experience with cyber insurance is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is curiosity and a willingness to learn in the area.
- Has a bachelor's degree in economics, law, or IT with an interest in cyber/IT issues.
- Enjoys challenges and does their utmost to create world-class customer experiences.
- Is communicative and has a good ability to build trust.
- Is structured, meets deadlines, and has the ability to handle parallel tasks.
We would like you to be communicative, meticulous, and efficient. Your work is characterized by a balance of structure and business acumen, as well as a lack of hierarchy and a sense of responsibility. You need to be solution-oriented, curious, and positive.
