RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work as a special educational needs teacher within the Hjortsberg and Åby school areas? Our shared mission is to work preventively and promote health. As a special educational needs teacher, you will be part of and contribute to the development of student health services within the Hjortsberg and Åby school areas. The goal is for all students in the school to feel well, be given good conditions to acquire knowledge, develop, and gain a desire to learn.

Your main responsibilities will be to develop the preventive and promoting work of the operations at the organizational, group, and individual levels, among other things by developing work on how learning environments can become more accessible. Be a conversation partner and advisor in pedagogical matters through observations and supervision together with pedagogical staff. Collaborate within the student health team. Investigate and analyze, for example, screening results, systematic quality work, and if necessary, be helpful in the process of special support. Assignments are distributed by the principal at each respective school.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply have a degree in special educational needs or equivalent education. We place great importance on your ability to collaborate, as well as being flexible and engaged. You also have an easy time working independently. Experience from similar work in preschool/school is meritorious. Computer literacy and a B-driver's license are requirements. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Teaching certification is required for permanent employment.
