RESPONSIBILITIES

Nöbbele School is located approximately 30 km south of Växjö. We are now looking to expand our teaching staff and hope that you, as a certified teacher, will apply. We have a large schoolyard with a lovely outdoor environment. There is also a wonderful spirit of "togetherness". We offer a workplace with competent and certified colleagues, small class sizes, and a good working environment. We continuously work on developing teaching and leadership through collegial learning. We sometimes collaborate with other schools in the area.

We are looking for an engaged and relationship-building employee for grades Pre-K to 3, with the task of working both targeted with individual students and teaching in the classroom.

In this role, you will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching adapted to students' different needs and prerequisites. An important part of the role is to provide support to individual students to strengthen their knowledge development and goal achievement. Classroom teaching is also included to some extent.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues and actively participate in the joint work regarding students' learning and development. The role requires a good ability to adapt teaching, create security, and build trusting relationships with the students.

The position is fixed-term for the school year 2026/27 with a work intensity of 70-80%.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility for teaching in grades Pre-K to 3.

You have a conscious understanding of your role as a pedagogue and are a clear leader who works structured based on current regulations and a positive approach. You have the ability to create a good work climate with engagement, curiosity, and security in the group. You also have good collaboration skills, are open to collegial learning, enjoy working in teams, and are positive towards the development of the operations and yourself.
