Kellfri is strengthening its aftermarket team with a technically skilled and service-oriented colleague. We are looking for you who has practical experience with machinery, vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or similar technical products. In this role, you will become a key contact point for our customers and help them with technical support, troubleshooting, service cases, and long-term solutions!
About the Role
In the role of Technical Support within the Aftermarket Department, you will be a central contact point for customers after a sale has been completed. You will work daily with technical advice, troubleshooting, and problem-solving related to Kellfri's products. The role requires a good understanding of machine technology and the ability to understand how products function in practice.
You will also be responsible for documenting technical information, following up on cases, and ensuring that the correct information is passed on in our business system. Therefore, it is important that you have both technical understanding and the ability to work administratively.
The role combines technical support with responsibility for warranty, claims, and service cases.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers of Kellfri products
- Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems related to machinery, implements, and associated components
- Handle and follow up on warranty cases, claims, and service orders
- Register, document, and administer cases in the business system
- Ensure that technical information, actions, and decisions are documented correctly
- Ensure correct handling of claim orders, credits, and debits
- Actively work on the sale of wear and spare parts
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure high customer satisfaction after completed sales
- Contribute to the development and improvement of aftermarket processes
Additionally, you will participate in internal meetings within the company, act as customer support when needed in sister companies, and perform other tasks related to the role.
The position is located at Kellfri's headquarters in Skara and covers daytime hours, Monday to Friday. You will be offered employment with Kellfri AB, starting immediately or as agreed.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have experience from a technical and customer-facing role where you have worked with troubleshooting, service, support, or aftermarket. To succeed in the role, you need a clear mechanical or automotive technical foundation and an understanding of how mechanical products function in practice.
You need to be able to conduct a technical dialogue with customers, workshops, and colleagues, as well as assess what is relevant information in a service, warranty, or claim case. The role suits you if you are confident in technical matters and simultaneously have the ability to document, follow up, and drive cases forward in a structured manner.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in machine technology, automotive technology, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, workshop, service, or similar technical areas
- Understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and technical troubleshooting
- Experience in technical support, service, or aftermarket work
- Ability to interpret technical problems and translate them into clear documentation
- Administrative skills and experience working in business systems
- Experience in order handling, case follow-up, and documentation
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Experience from the automotive industry, machinery industry, agriculture, construction, or industry
It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a workshop, with spare parts, technical support, claims, or warranty cases.
As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You collaborate well, communicate clearly, and build trusting relationships with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you are self-initiating, proactive, and motivated by finding solutions that create value for both the customer and the business.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
A driver's license and access to a car are required for the position.
