About the role:

As an Administrator at SmartChain Logistics Nordics AB, you are a central force in our proactive growth strategy. It is about providing the world's best service – from welcoming new customers and building long-term relationships to booking transports with transport companies.

The position focuses primarily on booking road transports.

You will be based at our office in Solna Business Park in Solna, where you will be welcomed by a great team.

Who are you?

You are someone who likes to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You have a natural sales presence and the ability to inspire others with your engagement. The phone is your best friend.

We believe you have:

• Good computer skills, the ability to work independently, and a results-oriented mindset.
• At least a high school education and fluent proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Merits: Industry knowledge in transport, logistics, and supply chain (not a requirement).

The Robert Kukla group has over 300 employees, and our office in Sweden consists of four senior freight forwarders.

Our office handles the Nordic region with a focus on Sweden.
