YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You work in an advisory capacity, and your work spans issues such as support for managers, participation in departmental management groups, recruitment, negotiations, and workplace environment issues. Our interest in development within digitalization is great, so there is an opportunity to continue developing these areas within the unit.

YOUR TEAM

The Riksbank consists of nine departments, and the HR Unit is responsible for overarching personnel matters and works both operationally and strategically within the HR field. This entails responsibility for developing strategies, processes, and methods to maintain and develop the Riksbank as an attractive workplace where employees develop and meet a proactive employer. The HR Unit is also responsible for salary and contract issues and consists of 8 employees organized in the Staff Department. ABOUT YOU

You have an academic degree in personnel science or a corresponding equivalent education combined with many years of experience working in the HR field at a senior level. You are proficient in the most common HR systems, the MS Office suite, and SharePoint, and have good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. Relevant experience within the Swedish state sector is an advantage.

As a person, you are proactive, have personal maturity with high integrity, and the ability to communicate clearly. You work with a clear focus and are good at prioritizing. Furthermore, you are motivated by having your own responsibilities and are accustomed to working independently. Together with your colleagues, you create engagement, and you have a very good ability to familiarize yourself with different operations to act professionally in the role.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Start date: According to agreement

Employment type: Permanent employment, probationary period may apply

Location: Office in central Stockholm

Working hours: Flexible working hours (trust-based)

Remote work possibility: 1 or 2 days per week when operations allow

The position may be placed in a security class, and a security investigation including register check, security investigation interview, and special personal investigation will be conducted for the final candidate. For some positions, Swedish citizenship is required.
