Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Västerbotten is now looking for a temporary Medical Secretary, with a possible opportunity for extension.

Job Description
As a Medical Secretary with us, you provide important service and enable interventions that impact many people. Both the children and their families, as well as colleagues within the clinic.
The role of a Medical Secretary is varied and service-oriented. You are an important part of our organization and are part of a group with other Medical Secretaries and Clinic Administrators. We hold regular professional meetings to develop together within the profession. This specific temporary position focuses on dictation writing for the County Clinic's Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP), which enables remote work.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are trained as a Medical Secretary. We believe you have a service-oriented approach and possess the interest, willingness, and ability to help others. You take responsibility for your tasks in a structured way and drive the work forward. You can work at a varying pace and are eager to learn new things. You enjoy working both in groups and individually, see opportunities for development, and contribute to continuous improvement work as part of your daily tasks. It is an advantage if you have professional experience, familiarity with dictation writing, and experience working in the Cosmic system.
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: By agreement.
