Do you want to work in recruitment in a role where you can combine recruitment, candidate contact, and administration with a high degree of autonomy? We are now looking for a Researcher to join our team in Umeå. This is a permanent position for you who want to contribute to the regional talent supply.

As a Researcher here, you work closely with our recruitment consultants and consulting managers in various recruitment and staffing assignments. You will have a broad, creative, and important role where you help us find, attract, and connect with the right candidates for our clients.

Your main responsibilities

• Work with search and mapping of candidates.
• Contact candidates via phone and digital channels.
• Conduct phone interviews and perform initial selection.
• Write and publish job advertisements.
• Work with candidate communication and follow-up.
• Support recruitment consultants and consulting managers in ongoing processes.
• Work administratively in our systems and ensure a professional candidate process.

We believe you have:

• Experience in recruitment, search, service, sales, administration, or another role with high contact with people in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in Swedish.
• Experience working structuredly in digital systems.
• Ability to handle multiple processes in parallel.
• An curious and solution-oriented approach to work.
