About the Company

We are now looking for a customer service-oriented Customer Service Representative for our client in Umeå! The role involves handling customer contacts, administration, and sales together with your colleagues. You will be employed as a consultant with us at Clockwork. The assignment is full-time, starts in mid-August, and runs until January 31, 2027, with good opportunities for extension for the right person.

Your Responsibilities

In the role, you will primarily handle customer service cases where you have ongoing customer contacts primarily via phone and email. Furthermore, you will handle administrative tasks and sales calls.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who is a team player without ego, passionate about providing good service. As a person, you are social and positive, and in your work, you are meticulous and structured. We see that you have good computer and system skills. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with some form of customer contacts and service and have education/work experience in a relevant area. This is a job for you who are independent, proactive, engaged, and enjoy having many different contact surfaces. You command Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.
