About the Role

As a Personnel Planner for our client, you will play a key role in a dynamic operation where no two days are alike. Here, you will have the opportunity to combine your administrative skills with strategic planning, service, and collaboration, ensuring that the right competence is in the right place at the right time.

In this role, you will work both operationally and strategically, serving as a vital support in daily operations. You will be responsible for both short-term and long-term personnel planning, coordinating resources, supporting managers in planning matters, and ensuring that staffing and administrative processes function efficiently and with high quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and staff operations in the short and long term
• Support the responsible manager in detailed planning and resource allocation
• Prepare and administer employment contracts
• Coordinate accommodation and travel for temporary staff
• Manage documentation for variable allowances
• Scheduling and follow-up
• Administrative support during recruitment and personnel matters
• Ensure planning complies with current regulations and routines

The position is a full-time role starting in the summer, running indefinitely as long as the need exists, with a clear ambition for takeover and the possibility of permanent employment with the client in the future. Working hours are primarily during the day, but we apply trust-based working hours.

Qualifications

• High school education (economics, administration, or social sciences)
• At least 3 years of experience in personnel planning, staffing, or equivalent tasks
• Experience with scheduling in operations with varying needs
• Very strong ability to plan, coordinate, and follow up on staffing independently
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience with working time regulations and relevant legislation
• Proficiency in qualified administrative work with high attention to detail
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Class B driver's license is an advantage
