We are now looking for an HR Generalist who wants to join us on our journey toward the media house of the future. Here, you will play a key role in developing people, culture, and ways of working, with the ambition to be one of the best workplaces in Norrland.

Your new role

As an HR Generalist with us, you will become an important part of our dedicated HR team of three. You will have a broad and varied assignment with significant personal responsibility and good opportunities to influence both working methods and development.

This role suits you if you thrive in an operational and business-close daily routine where no two days are alike. You will serve as a qualified and consultative support to managers and employees on matters concerning the entire employee journey.

In this role, you will work with recruitment, preboarding, and onboarding to create a positive and professional employee experience from the first contact. You will also support the business in rehabilitation cases and preventive occupational health and safety work, as well as manage processes such as salary mapping and employee surveys. Furthermore, you will work with HR administration and system support, while contributing to strengthening our employer brand and long-term competence supply. Legal employment issues and qualified managerial support are also a natural part of the assignment.

Your profile

This is a role for you who appreciate variety, take initiative, and want to contribute to the development of people, leadership, and the organization. We are looking for someone who is confident in their HR expertise and builds trusting relationships through an unpretentious and professional approach. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and have the ability to drive issues forward in a structured manner.

We believe you are a good listener who easily understands different perspectives and fosters collaboration. At the same time, you dare to challenge, coach, and provide support when the situation demands it. You enjoy handling several parallel processes and actively contribute to the development of both the team and the business.

Qualifications:

• University degree in HR

• At least a couple of years of experience in broad and operational HR work

• Good communication skills in both speech and writing

Experience with or interest in AI and digital development within HR is considered an advantage.
