Business Manager at Poolia Umeå

We are now looking for a driven and fearless Business Manager to join our team in Umeå. We are looking for someone with high energy, a strong will to succeed, and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations.

About the role

As a Business Manager at Poolia, you drive and build your own business. You are responsible for the entire chain, from sales and customer management to recruitment, placement, consultant management, and delivery.

You will work closely with both existing and new customers, identify business opportunities, and create solutions that make a real difference for our customers, consultants, and candidates. The role involves clear commercial responsibility where you contribute to growth, profitability, and a stronger Poolia presence in the region.

You report to the Business Unit Manager and become an important part of our local team in Umeå.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Drive sales and business development within your area
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and create growth
• Be responsible for recruitment, matching, and placement of consultants
• Ensure high quality in delivery to the customer
• Be responsible for pricing, margin, and profitability in your business
• Follow up on consultants and contribute to high utilization and low absenteeism
• Document and work systematically in our systems
• Act as an ambassador for Poolia, both internally and externally
