We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented Hall Attendant/Customer Receptionist who wants to help create the market's best customer experience.

About the role

As a Hall Attendant/Customer Receptionist, you are the face of the company and the first person our customers meet when they visit us.

You play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression by welcoming customers, guiding them to the right person, and ensuring they feel seen and well taken care of from the very beginning.

You enjoy meeting people, have a natural service mindset, and like working in an environment where no two days are alike and the pace is fast.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive customers in the car hall
• Be the first point of contact for visitors and incoming phone calls
• Direct customers to the appropriate salesperson or department
• Book meetings and assist with simpler administrative tasks
• Ensure that customer areas, reception, and car hall maintain high standards
• Support the sales and administration team as needed
• Contribute to a professional, pleasant, and welcoming environment
• Actively work to create a top-class customer experience

We are looking for someone who

• Is positive, social, and service-oriented
• Has an easy time connecting with people
• Is responsible, structured, and self-initiative
• Has good communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is proficient with computers
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience from reception, customer service, retail, or similar service roles is an advantage.
