We are looking for a new employee for customer service and rental administration. Are you the key person we are looking for?

Fastighets AB Umluspen is the municipal real estate company of Storuman Municipality, located in Storuman in the interior of Västerbotten. We have a turnover of approximately 60 million SEK and employ 38 people. Our property portfolio extends from Gunnarn in the east to Hemavan in the west. In addition to our own apartments and premises, we also manage all of the municipality's schools, preschools, offices, leisure facilities, etc.

The Role: You are the first point of contact for apartment seekers or new tenants at Umluspen. You are responsible for rental administration and handle rental matters such as the rental of apartments, premises, garages, and parking spaces, as well as managing relocations and terminations. This means you work with the entire process from the initial application to the signed rental agreement. Bookkeeping, customer contacts, debt collection, and enforcement cases are also part of your duties.

In addition to rental administration, the role includes customer service with 3 hours of phone duty in the mornings. Marketing of the company, such as website administration, brand management, campaigns, and events, is also included in the role.

About You: You have education in economics or other experience considered equivalent. You should be a proficient user of the MS Office suite, primarily Word & Excel, and experience with basic image editing is desirable. A sense of color and form and an overarching service mindset are important.

Personal Qualities: We believe you are an engaged person who commands Swedish fluently in both speech and writing. If you are multilingual, this can be an asset. Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment Type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-08-01. Start date subject to agreement.
