Job Description

On behalf of our client – a well-established private clinic in central Stockholm – we are now looking for an engaged and self-reliant nursing assistant (undersköterska).

This is initially a full-time consultancy assignment for 4 months, with good prospects of direct employment. Working hours are: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 (or until 15:30). Start date is ASAP.

Responsibilities

About the Role

This is a varied role where you will become a key link in the patient's care chain.

Your main tasks include:

• Patient Care & Sampling: Receive, support, and prepare patients for visits, as well as perform venous and capillary blood sampling.
• Clinic Assistance: Assist the clinic's experienced doctors during examinations and help nurses with dressing changes when needed.
• Instrument Handling: Responsible for dishwashing/disinfection, cleaning, and sterile handling of the clinic's reusable materials.
• Administration & Phone Support: Listen to and answer general patient questions over the phone. Much of the clinic's scheduling is done digitally or via reception, but you serve as an important support.

You will be part of a tight-knit and supportive team consisting of doctors, nurses, coordinators, a nursing assistant, a medical secretary, and a receptionist.

Qualifications

To hit the ground running and thrive in the workflow, we are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with a couple of years of experience in clinic work. Since the clinic has a high patient flow, we would like you to be accustomed to a faster pace while maintaining your calm demeanor.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with sampling and clinic work.
• Is cheerful, self-assured, and provides warm, professional patient care.
• Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working in a team.
• Has previous experience with the medical record system Webdoc is a big plus, as it is used daily at the clinic.
