About Us

Humaniora Care and Housing is the municipal provider in the City of Solna. We are responsible for elderly care, support for people with disabilities, municipal healthcare, and preventive activities.

Hallen Care and Housing Facility is part of the Hallen Senior Centre. This location also includes day activities assessed by social services and one of the city's meeting points run by our preventive activities. From March 1, 2026, Hallen Care and Housing Facility will transition to municipal management. The facility has 69 apartments for individuals requiring care, is located in Råsunda, and is a profiled residence focusing on food, meals, and culture.

What Does the Job Entail?

The role involves significant responsibility for enhancing the quality of life for our elderly residents. You will create conditions for staff through education and supervision, and support managers in operational development. Using your expertise, you will provide support to licensed personnel regarding nutritional issues. In this role, you will work independently to design activities that improve the well-being and quality of life for residents. Part of your time will be dedicated to overarching questions within your field of competence for the entire Humaniora organization.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Licensed Dietitian with experience working with the elderly.
• Has a holistic perspective and works from a person-centered approach.
• Has experience working in municipal operations.

Merits:

This is a permanent position at 100% with a start date to be agreed upon.
