About the Assignment
On behalf of our client in Lund, we are currently looking for an Administrator for a full-time consulting assignment. This is a parental leave cover position starting on August 24, 2026, for approximately one year.
You will become part of our client's assistant community in Lund and will also be part of a global network of administrative assistants. The role offers great variety and involves supporting managers and employees with administrative processes, coordination, and practical support within the operations.
Our client follows an "Office First" policy, meaning the work is primarily performed on-site at the office in Lund. There is an option for some remote work if needed.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Administrative support to managers and employees within the operations
- Handling purchase orders as well as receiving goods and services
- Budget monitoring and identifying any discrepancies
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees, consultants, and students
- Ordering access rights, badges, equipment, and other administrative resources
- Administration of identities and permissions in internal systems
- Coordination of office changes and seating planning
- User support in administrative systems
- Handling and escalating issues via ticketing systems
- Planning and coordination of internal events and activities
- Support in internal communications
- Updating and administering SharePoint
After the introduction period, you are expected to gradually build specialist knowledge in certain systems and processes and serve as a support resource for colleagues and employees.

Qualifications
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative tasks
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Very good English skills, both verbal and written
- Strong administrative ability and experience working in various systems
- Good ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize tasks
- Good numerical understanding and ability to detect discrepancies
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of Swedish and additional language skills
You will receive a thorough introduction with approximately three weeks of overlap with the current role holder and will work closely with experienced colleagues within the assistant community in Lund.
