About the Role
Svensk Kraftreserv AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Svenska Kraftnät that operates and manages several gas turbine facilities. The primary purpose of these facilities is to secure Sweden's electricity supply by quickly handling and mitigating the consequences of unplanned events in the power system.
Do you want to work on structuring, developing, and securing the company's information management while contributing to a socially vital operation? We are now looking for an experienced Documentation Manager who will play a key role in leading the company's documentation department and further developing work with information governance, document control, and secure information management. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for creating clear working methods, strengthening information security, and ensuring that the company's information is correct, traceable, and accessible to the right people.
About the Role
The position is a full-time permanent employment based in Lund. As Documentation Manager, you lead the company's documentation department and report to the CEO. You have overall responsibility for long-term securing of the company's ability to handle information and documentation in a structured, traceable, and secure manner.
In this role, you are responsible for the management of the company's documentation and information structure. You contribute to ensuring that Svensk Kraftreserv AB has correct, current, and easily accessible information for operations, maintenance, projects, management, contract management, and other corporate governance.
Through clearer division of responsibilities, uniform working methods, and information classification, you will contribute to reducing person-dependency, promoting and strengthening compliance with internal procedures and external requirements, and increasing the company's operational robustness.
As we are a small organization, you work closely with the CEO, management, operational managers, IT, projects, maintenance, facility managers, and other specialists. The role involves both long-term development work and operational work in the ongoing business. In this role, you have the opportunity for personal development through stimulating and varied tasks as well as further education within information governance, document control, and information security.
Responsibilities
The Documentation Manager leads the company's documentation department, which currently consists of approximately five hired consultants, and has overall responsibility for information governance, document control, and secure information management, including developing, introducing, and following up on common working methods and routines.
Your work focuses heavily on the company's information management and includes among other things the following tasks:
- The role involves being a line manager for internal resources as well as leading hired resources within the area of responsibility
- having overall responsibility for the company's information governance, document management, and overarching document structure, including routines, working methods, work standards, templates, naming conventions, version control, archiving, disposal, and governing documents
- supporting operations in the creation, updating, quality assurance, and handover of documentation from internal functions, projects, suppliers, and external parties
- coordinating information classification, access control, and access permissions in collaboration with IT regarding system support, storage structure, and technical prerequisites for secure information and document management, as well as proposing measures in case of deficiencies in information security and compliance
- contributing to deviations and incidents related to information management, document sharing, or permissions being reported and handled according to the company's routines
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have relevant post-secondary education, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience. You have experience or good competence in:
- leading work within document management, information governance, or a related field
- change management, introduction of new working methods, and development of routines and processes
- relevant ISO standards, management systems, and structured working methods for quality, information security, or business management
- information security, confidentiality, information classification, access control, internal control, and regulatory compliance
- digital document management systems, collaboration platforms, or equivalent tools
You also have a valid B driver's license, very good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and good knowledge of English.
It is meritorious if you have:
- experience with MasterConcept
- experience from the energy sector, socially vital operations, or other operations with high demands on security, traceability, and regulatory compliance
- experience with technical documentation and project administration
The work involves great variation and requires that you can structure, prioritize, and drive issues forward. As part of a small organization, you need to be responsible and self-reliant, while also having the ability to lead others, create consensus, and get the organization to follow common working methods. You are clear, precise, and communicative, and have good judgment when handling sensitive and business-critical information.
