About the Role

ECIT Service People, part of ECIT, is an HR and payroll consultancy that helps companies develop and streamline their payroll and HR processes through consulting support and outsourcing.

We are now looking for an experienced and business-minded Payroll Consultant with a solution-oriented approach to join our wonderful payroll team in Helsingborg. The role offers a flexible workday with the option to work both from the office and from home.

As a Payroll Consultant, you will become part of one of our payroll teams and independently manage the entire payroll delivery for your clients, from execution to quality assurance and follow-up. You will act as the client’s advisor on payroll-related matters and are expected to challenge and guide them in more complex cases.

It is crucial in this role to work efficiently and commercially within a team, with a clear focus on creating value for the client.

Qualifications

• Degree in payroll from a University College degree, university, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in independent payroll work.
• Experienced in driving the entire payroll process independently for multiple clients.
• Experience in client dialogue and advisory services within payroll.
• Experience in payroll work within outsourcing/consultancy.
• Thorough knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Good proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

Additional qualifications include good knowledge of the Agda system.
