Finderz AB is on an exciting growth journey and is now looking for a motivated supervisor/job coach for our office in Malmö. The position is initially part-time, with good opportunities to transition to full-time as the business develops.
We are looking for someone who

- Has a business-minded and service-oriented attitude, as well as a genuine interest in helping people develop.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and follow up on individual activities together with participants to guide them towards employment or studies.
- Motivate and coach participants, focusing on the fastest and most sustainable path to employment.
- Document interventions and prepare follow-ups and reports.
- Collaborate with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), employers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Represent Finderz AB in a professional and trustworthy manner.
- Plan and conduct group activities, seminars, and workshops.
- Organize recruitment meetings and job fairs to create meetings between participants and employers.
- Use digital recruitment tools and social media to market participants' skills and strengthen their chances of employment.
Qualifications
We offer two alternatives to meet the qualification requirements:
Alternative 1:
- Education: At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system).
- Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time experience may also be accepted if the total accumulated working time equals full-time over two (2) years.
Alternative 2:
- Education: At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade.
- Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
- Team leadership with personnel responsibility
- Recruitment
- Transition work for job seekers
- Study and career guidance
- Case handling in personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
- Work with labor market and working life issues
- Work with social and group psychology
- Career guidance
Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
