As an Administrator at BEAC, you will handle daily administrative tasks such as supplier and customer invoices, bookkeeping, and purchasing office supplies. Tasks related to payroll administration may also be included.

The role is independent, requiring you to take responsibility for planning and organizing your time effectively. You should view changes positively and have a desire to contribute to and drive improvement processes.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in similar roles
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Fluent Swedish and very good English (additional languages are a plus)
• Good experience with Visma Administration 2000 and Visma Lön 600
