We are now looking for two employment secretaries who want to make a difference for people while contributing to the development of our operations.
With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a unit where every effort matters. We support individuals receiving financial assistance as well as young people aged 16–20 who are neither working nor studying, with the goal of strengthening their opportunities for self-sufficiency and participation in society.
You will become part of a dedicated and knowledgeable team where collaboration, development, and a solution-focused approach are central. We work closely together, share knowledge, and support each other in an important and meaningful mission.
Your Role
As an employment secretary, you are a key part of the work supporting people on their path to employment, studies, and self-sufficiency. You meet individuals with different backgrounds and conditions, working both individually and in groups to create sustainable paths forward.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Investigate participants' needs, resources, and employment prerequisites.
- Motivate, guide, and coach individuals towards work or studies.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on individual measures.
- Lead and develop group activities such as job searching, motivation, and working life skills.
- Match participants to internship placements and other labor market measures.
- Build and maintain contacts with employers to create opportunities for internships and employment.
- Collaborate with the Swedish Public Employment Service, financial assistance units, schools, Region Skåne, and local employers.
- Document according to the Social Services Act and follow up on measures and participant progress.
- Handle administrative tasks such as registration, statistical reporting, and follow-up in the operational system.
Your Experience
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and a desire to strengthen individuals' opportunities to achieve self-sufficiency. You have relevant education and experience in counseling, public administration, or labor market issues.
We expect you to have:
- A degree in Social Work (Social Work) or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Experience working with labor market policy issues and measures.
- Strong administrative skills and experience with documentation.
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Additional qualifications include:
- Experience collaborating with authorities, employers, or other actors.
- Experience clarifying employment prerequisites for job seekers.
- Experience working with financial assistance.

Salary: Monthly salary.
