You will work closely with product owners and designers to create modern and user-friendly solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and longevity.

We are looking for a Senior Developer who can strengthen our ability to build and maintain shared technical capabilities used by multiple products, integrations, and customer-facing technical needs. The role will also contribute to building our practical competence in LLM-based solutions and help us determine when such technology is relevant.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and further developing shared backend and platform capabilities.
• Contributing to APIs, shared services, and other technical components used by various parts of the business.
• Participating in technical decisions, design choices, and implementation.
• Helping to build capabilities around LLM-based functionality where relevant.
• Contributing to the pragmatic evaluation of different technical solutions, including AI/LLM.
• Collaborating with product developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technology.
• Contributing to code reviews, technical quality, and long-term sustainability.

You have a university degree in computer engineering or equivalent, and you are fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish.

Additionally, you have:

• Several years of experience in backend development or software development in production-oriented environments.
• Experience as a senior responsible for technical solutions.
• Good experience in building, changing, and maintaining backend services and APIs.
• The ability to work systematically with code quality, maintainability, and technical trade-offs.
• Experience collaborating in a development team where you share responsibility for delivery and quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across team boundaries.
• Several years of experience in agile software development.

Meritorious qualifications include:

• Experience in building real LLM-based solutions or features.
• Experience in assessing when LLM/AI is a good tool.
• Experience in integration work with external AI services or model providers.
• Experience in building reusable technical capabilities used by multiple teams or products.
• Experience in technical areas relevant to LLMs, such as orchestration, evaluation, logging, monitoring, security aspects, or cost control.

As a person, you are pragmatic and grounded, with strong technical judgment. You thrive in team environments and are good at communicating and collaborating with others.
