About Dizparc

We are a cybersecurity company with a clear mission: to make professional security accessible to Swedish businesses that do not have resources for their own security organization but have just as much to lose as the large ones.

The core of what we do is our CISO Office. An external team that gives customers access to the experience and structure of a full cybersecurity department. We work with governance, risk management, technical advisory, testing, and training as a cohesive offering. We are now growing and we want the right person with us on this journey.

The Role

We do not believe in locking the role into a specific profile. The role is largely shaped based on your experience and strengths. You may currently work as, for example, a senior consultant, solution architect, IT manager, security specialist, or in another advisory role where technology, business, and customer dialogue meet.

What is common is that you want to work closer to cybersecurity and help customers turn complex issues into concrete solutions.

At us, your assignments may include:

• strategic advisory within cybersecurity
• information security and compliance
• security architecture
• risk and maturity analyses
• security training
• technical advisory within IT and security

What we are actually looking for

You likely have several years of experience from a senior role within IT, infrastructure, architecture, or cybersecurity. You are used to taking responsibility for customer relations, communicating with both technicians and decision-makers, and feel confident in driving assignments forward.

If you also have experience with, for example, NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, OT security, penetration testing, or other security areas, it is highly meritorious.
